About the Role:

In this role, you’ll manage and grow your own sales pipeline, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that clients love. You’ll have the freedom to put your stamp on how you approach business development while supporting a collaborative and dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:

- Generate, manage, and convert new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships and drive client acquisition and retention
- Prepare accurate submissions, quotes, and documentation
- Resolve client issues quickly while maintaining compliance
- Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights with the team
- Identify growth opportunities and improve processes

What You’ll Bring:

- Experience hitting targets/KPIs in a sales environment – previous gym membership sales experience could be really helpful
