Position: Program Scheduler – Optimise Rosters and Support Client-Centred Care

Join us as a Program Scheduler to coordinate Community Support Worker rosters to meet client needs under a Consumer Directed Care model and support client outcomes with cost‑effective staff scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, maintain, and monitor Community Support Worker rosters to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.

- Publish and communicate rosters effectively to staff and clients.

- Ensure staff are allocated appropriately to meet client needs and service requirements.

- Provide administrative support to the team, assisting with day-to-day scheduling and coordination.

- Communicate and negotiate with a range of stakeholders to balance client and workforce requirements.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience with high-volume rostering and scheduling within a community care or similar service environment.

- Previous experience providing administrative support to staff.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.

- Demonstrated computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.

Applicant Information

This is a part-time vacancy, working 45 hours per fortnight. Salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked. The South Australian public sector promotes diversity and flexible working arrangements; applicants are encouraged to discuss flexible options for this role.
