About the client

Our clients are some of the longest established civil construction contractors in New South Wales. They are renowned as being great companies to work for with a fantastic reputation with their clients and their people who talk about enjoying the positive culture of the business.

The growing business is busy and has a full order book with the expectation that over the next five years they will continue to grow in size. They have strong formal and informal development programs designed to enhance individual skills to help you fulfill your potential. The expectation is that you will continue to develop in the role with an opportunity to learn the quality and environmental sides of the business as well as work closely with the systems team.

Role opportunity

Due to business growth, they are looking to recruit Safety professionals to work as part of their Safety team. Reporting to the Project Directors or Operations Manager you will be charged with managing all aspects of project safety on civil construction projects up to $1bn in value. This is an opportunity to work with both government and private clients on major civil projects.

Candidate profile

The successful candidate will have a number of years of experience in the field, ideally with a civil contractor. The business is looking to hire driven people with the ambition and drive to make the most of career opportunities. If you are confident working unsupervised and want to work for a business that is people focused and will genuinely value your input then this is the role for you.
