Your impact, with us As a Specialist Cardiac Physiologist (Echocardiographer), you’ll be responsible for delivering best-practice echocardiography procedures across our Melbourne clinics. Working closely with our cardiologists and clinical teams, you'll play a key role in improving patient outcomes through advanced diagnostics and care. You’ll make a meaningful impact by: ● Delivering a wide range of echocardiography procedures including transthoracic, exercise stress, dobutamine stress, and assisting with transoesophageal studies ● Supporting basic electrophysiology services (e.g. ECG and Holter monitor attachment) ● Collaborating with the Lead Specialist Cardiac Physiologist and Clinical Services Manager to ensure effective daily operations ● Mentoring and supervising junior echocardiographers through their training and development What you’ll bring To succeed in this role, you will have: ● A postgraduate qualification in cardiac ultrasound ● Current registration with the Australasian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR) ● Strong clinical skills and attention to detail in echocardiography procedures ● Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills ● A current Australian driver’s licence and flexibility to work across multiple locations in Melbourne’s east/south-east We would also love you to have: ● A commitment to continuous learning and innovation in cardiac ultrasound techniques ● A friendly, professional approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Why Advara HeartCare We’re a values-driven organisation where every person matters.
