Your impact, with us
As a Specialist Cardiac Physiologist (Echocardiographer), you’ll be responsible for delivering best-practice echocardiography procedures across our Melbourne clinics. Working closely with our cardiologists and clinical teams, you'll play a key role in improving patient outcomes through advanced diagnostics and care.
You’ll make a meaningful impact by:
● Delivering a wide range of echocardiography procedures including transthoracic, exercise stress, dobutamine stress, and assisting with transoesophageal studies
● Supporting basic electrophysiology services (e.g. ECG and Holter monitor attachment)
● Collaborating with the Lead Specialist Cardiac Physiologist and Clinical Services Manager to ensure effective daily operations
● Mentoring and supervising junior echocardiographers through their training and development
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
● A postgraduate qualification in cardiac ultrasound
● Current registration with the Australasian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR)
● Strong clinical skills and attention to detail in echocardiography procedures
● Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills
● A current Australian driver’s licence and flexibility to work across multiple locations in Melbourne’s east/south-east

- Hourly paid role equivalent to $108,000–$135,000 p.a., plus an additional 12% superannuation contribution
