Ramsay Pharmacy is excited to offer a full-time Retail Pharmacy Technician opportunity at our Toowoomba High Street location.

This role is perfect for a motivated and customer-focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the dispensary, including Webster packing and coverage as required.
- Guiding and supporting team members to deliver excellent service.
- Driving sales and achieving KPIs within a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Do

- Provide professional pharmacy services including vaccinations, MedsChecks, DAA Webster packing, and Staged Supply (note: no opioid replacement therapy)
- Deliver expert patient counselling and dispensing services
- Collaborate with and support team members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Foster a safe, compliant, and customer-centric environment
- Help drive continuous improvement in operations and customer service

What You’ll Bring

- A passion for community pharmacy and patient care
- Ability to lead and support a team in delivering safe, high-quality services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Retail pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)
- Proficiency in patient counselling

Mandatory Requirements

- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
- A current national police check (issued within the last 12 months)
