Ramsay Pharmacy is excited to offer a **full-time Retail Pharmacy Technician opportunity** at our Toowoomba High Street location.

This role is perfect for a motivated and customer-focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the dispensary, including Webster packing and coverage as required.
- Guiding and supporting team members to deliver excellent service.
- Driving sales and achieving KPIs within a collaborative team environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide professional pharmacy services including **vaccinations, MedsChecks, DAA Webster packing**, and **Staged Supply** (note**:no opioid replacement therapy**)
- Deliver expert **patient counselling** and **dispensing services**:

- Collaborate with and support team members to achieve **KPIs** and **sales targets**:

- Foster a safe, compliant, and customer-centric environment
- Help drive **continuous improvement** in operations and customer service

**What You’ll Bring**
- A passion for community pharmacy and patient care
- Ability to lead and support a team in delivering safe, high-quality services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Retail pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)
- Proficiency in:
- Prescription dispensing
- Patient counselling
- Vaccination administration
- Unit dose packaging

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
- A current national police check (issued within the last 12 months)
