The role

SMO Services is a District administration team located at Garrawarra Centre responsible for recruitment and credentialing of Senior Medical Officers. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Workforce Support Administration Officer. This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume, varied role.

Selection Criteria

- Provide efficient and timely administrative support to the team

- Strong communication skills, verbally and in writing

- Follow established policies and procedures, contributing to quality improvement initiatives

- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks within a dynamic team

- Proficient in using computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite and NSW Health systems
