Salary and Employment Details

Salary Range: $82,796 to $136,848 full-time equivalent plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.

Employment Status: Full-time and Part-time appointments available.

Eligibility: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Start Date: Term One, January 2026.

About the Role

As a Classroom Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of your students. You will create a positive and inclusive learning environment, assess and monitor student progress, and provide meaningful feedback to support their growth. Working collaboratively with colleagues and families, you will contribute to whole-school initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and wellbeing.

This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on leave or secondment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance
- ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
