Overview

Field Engineering (Engineering) - Full time position

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer Sign & Display to join our dynamic team based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide onsite technical support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services to EFI, EPSON, CANON & ELITRON products.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades for customers in the printing industry.
- Support customers with technical inquiries, offering expert advice on equipment operations, system integration, and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop solutions for complex client needs and technical challenges.
- Manage service schedules, ensure timely completion of service requests, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Conduct training for clients on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
- Maintain accurate service records, including reports on service activities, parts used, and recommendations for future upgrades.

Requirements

- Experience in the printing industry (flexographic, digital, offset printing, finishing, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of printing machinery, control systems, and software.
- Proven experience in operating, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of printing equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage your service schedule effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Degree or qualification in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field is desirable.
