At Robert Walters Melbourne, we’re looking for a Manager to lead our high-performing Business Support & HR recruitment team. You’ll inherit a thriving desk, a team with two other talented consultants, a huge amount of inbound work from long-standing client relationships, and the backing of one of the world’s most respected recruitment brands.
This is the perfect next step for a high-performing Principal Consultant, Junior Manager or Managing Consultant who’s hungry to take ownership of a P&L, grow a team, and shape the future of one of our most established divisions - all while being supported by the Melbourne Office Head and our industry-leading training & development programs.

- A great track record in recruitment, with experience in Business Support, HR or a professional services sector
- Strong leadership capability with experience coaching and mentoring others
