Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for residential housing and a drive to build lasting relationships? We/'re looking for a Housing Sales Manager to lead our growth across key sectors including Multi Residential, Medium Density, and Government Housing.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager- Residential Housingto join our team. Reporting to the State Manager of Queensland, you will be responsible to generate sales of Ausreo products focussing both on short and long-term horizons within the housing market. The Sales Manager will co-ordinate all functions of the company to fulfil contract supply requirements and will maintain relationships with key decision makers, with current and prospective clients with a view to leverage those relationships to promote Ausreo products and services to generate sales at maximum margin.

Your role includes but is not limited to:

- Lead sales strategy across a diverse residential portfolio from medium-density communities to large-scale government housing.
- Build powerful relationships with developers, builders, government agencies, and other key stakeholders, positioning Ausreo as a trusted, go-to partner.
- Represent our brand through compelling technical sales presentations, sponsorships, and industry events that put our solutions in the spotlight.
- Collaborate across teams working closely with the Sales team, Trade Service Centres, and Business Managers to unlock new opportunities and close complex deals.
- Negotiate winning supply agreements aligned with pricing strategies and tailored to each customer’s unique needs.
- Spot and capitalise on opportunities to upsell value-added products and accessories, turning every deal into a long-term partnership.
- Help shape regional strategy, including the establishment of new Trade Service Centres and the deployment of tailored territory plans.

To Be Successful

You will possess commercial knowledge of products and services within the Construction and Building Industry and have a proven track record in field sales and achievements. A thorough knowledge of reinforcement will be highly regarded.

If you are customer orientated, capable of competently liaising with internal staff and customers in a professional and pleasant manner, goal-orientated and have excellent negotiation skills, then this role is for you.
