We have an exciting leadership opportunity to join the Family Services team as a Team Leader overseeing our preschools.

About this Role

- Lead an Early Learning and Care team to ensure the provision of quality children’s education and care services that meet state regulations, Commonwealth funding guidelines and industry standards of best practice.

- Be responsible for the efficient and effective management of relevant services and programs to ensure smooth daily operation under the direction of the Coordinator, Early Learning and Care.

- Responsible for the administration tasks covering day to day functioning of childcare and preschool services within the area, including collection of fees, issuing of receipts, maintaining administration of Federal Government Funding including fee assistance, ISS (Inclusion Support Service), records of payments, monitoring of accounts.

About You

For this position we are seeking someone to exceptional leadership ability lead and motivate a team. You will have demonstrated understanding of relevant legislation and guidelines relating to Childcare and Preschools.

You will need:

- A Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and or substantial experience in children’s services is desirable.

- Proven experience in leading and supervising staff.

- Successful applicants will be required to apply for and satisfactorily obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children's Check.
