- We are seeking a dedicated Dietitian to join our Integrated Primary Health team and help improve the health and wellbeing of people across Gippsland._

**What you'll do;**
- Provide comprehensive assessments and nutritional care to a diverse client base
- Deliver individual consultations and group education using a person - centred approach
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team supporting chronic disease prevention and management
- Work across multiple funding streams including Community Health, CHSP, MBS and Aged Care

**What you'll bring;**
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Dietitian Accreditation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for empowering people to make positive health changes
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
