The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join our highly regarded Brisbane Property team. As the team continues to grow, we are seeking a strong property lawyer to join the practice.

Responsibilities

- Drafting leases, variations, consents to assignment, and surrender documents;
- Reviewing and advising on requested amendments;
- Managing document execution, key date summaries, stamping, and registration;
- Preparing simple commercial contracts and special conditions using precedents;
- Advising on amendments to simpler contracts;
- Supporting seniors with post-contract transactions (settlement adjustments, PEXA, tenant notices, etc.).

Qualifications

- 3+ years PAE;
- Experience in commercial property and leasing;
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with our wider team and clients.
