The Role

Join the Kieser Brighton team as a Client Advisor, a role committed to welcoming our clients with enthusiasm and care. Responsibilities include:

- Coordinating client appointments and managing a busy electronic clinic diary
- Processing client payments (EFT, HiCaps, MediPass)
- Promoting Kieser’s products and services
- Conducting membership consults
- Providing administrative support to the leadership and clinical team
- Answering questions and resolving problems for clients and team members
- Consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards

Ideal candidates thrive in a client-facing environment, exude positivity, and consistently deliver exceptional experiences. Attention to detail and superior computer and IT skills are beneficial.

Note: This is a part-time role (min 20 hours). Candidates must have availability for shifts Monday – Friday anytime between 7.30am-7pm and open to working Saturdays.

Qualifications & Certifications

Required:

- Valid working rights in Australia
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- National Police Check

Desirable:

- 1 year of relevant work experience
