Housekeeper / Room Attendant
Location: Ringwood, Victoria

About the Role

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our guests enjoy impeccable rooms that exceed their expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Cleaning guest rooms to the highest standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors.
- Replenishing towels, linen, and amenities to ensure guest comfort.
- Vacuuming, dusting, and deep cleaning according to established procedures.
- Adhering to strict cleaning schedules to meet room turnover times.
- Collaborating with other departments to maintain overall cleanliness and organization.
- Reporting maintenance issues promptly and following hotel procedures for lost property.
- Upholding safety standards and using cleaning chemicals responsibly.

Requirements

- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong work ethic and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently within set timeframes.
- Commitment to following WH&S policies and procedures.
