The Role
THE ROLE
The role of the Policy and Program Officer is to support business and project development activities related to family violence primary prevention policy. This will involve supporting the Prevention Policy and Design Team with administrative coordination support, research activities, preparation of papers, correspondence and briefs, and maintaining effective relationships.
Accountabilities
- Support the development and provision of advice and policy recommendations.
- Assist in the development of reports, ministerial briefs and cabinet and agency submissions.
- Work collaboratively and assist the flow of information across the work unit and branch and across the department where required.
