Client Services Administrator | Wealth Management

A well‑established financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Client Services Administrator (CSA) to join their Sydney‑based team. They pride themselves on their supportive, friendly culture and are highly selective in maintaining a positive and collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with advisers in a business that truly values quality, professionalism and team collaboration.

The Role

- Support advisers with meeting preparation, research and implementation of advice recommendations.

- Prepare, review and finalise client documentation with accuracy and professionalism.

- Assist in preparing client portfolio reviews and coordinating review documentation.

- Maintain and manage client data within Xplan.

- Assist with onboarding new clients, processing superannuation and investment paperwork and general administrative duties such as filing and scanning.

The Successful Applicant

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar financial planning support role.
