About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced safety professional to play a pivotal role in our growing organisation. You’ll work side-by-side with our frontline teams across NSW, driving initiatives, supporting best practice, and inspiring a strong, positive safety culture that ensures everyone goes home safe, every day.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Implement HSEQ Strategy in NSW in collaboration with your regional safety colleagues
- Lead WHS and safety training, including new starter inductions and equipment training
- Perform site visits to verify compliance with WHS standards
- Lead toolbox talks
- Carry out risk assessments
- Investigate incidents
- Support the creation of safe work method statements
- Implement WHS policies and legislation

About You

- You lead by example in a safety-first culture
- A Cert IV in WHS is essential
- A driver/'s licence is essential (manual or auto)
- You have at least 2 years/' experience within a similar role
- Sound knowledge and experience in WHS policies, processes, and safe systems of work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
