If successful, you will be required to assist with managing and coaching the team, completing production, actioning orders, generating rosters and much more Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate: - Fresh food retail knowledge is preferred, but not essential - Ability to supervise a team - An understanding of ordering, cost control and gross profit will be an advantage - Accurate team member rostering will be an advantage - Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach - Unparalleled commitment to customer service - Excellent communication skills - Ability to liaise with both team members and management - A flair for merchandising - Commitment to work health and safety standards If this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, click 'Apply' now #J-18808-Ljbffr
