It is an exciting time for TESS Search Partners and to continue to support our valued partners, we have an opportunity for a customer centric and detail oriented, Executive Search Consultant to join the team and work closely alongside our Founder.

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will play a critical role in the entire search process. You'll engage directly with clients during briefings, source talent, attend candidate interviews, actively network with industry professionals and develop a deep understanding of client needs and their operational landscapes. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, strong marketing and communication skills and a keen eye for identifying and converting top talent.

Ideally, you will be an experienced professional in consulting, HR, Recruitment, or talent acquisition with a broad corporate network and industry exposure. Your ability to develop client relationships, expand networks, and identify and convert opportunities is crucial, along with a passion for problem solving and delivering on outcomes. A high achiever focused on outcomes, you must demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, a drive for success, and sound decision-making skills.
