Overview

This is an opportunity for a creatively driven Digital Designer to join a fabulous specialist agency, where you can really develop your skills and experience whilst working alongside a talented and passionate team of creatives and project managers. With at least two to three years’ integrated agency or digital design studio experience working across all forms of digital assets, including websites, banners and eDMs, you’ll also be able to retouch and colour correct. Most importantly, you have experience and confidence with design and animation software and graphics editing tools: Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects & Premiere Pro. Equally important is absolute attention to detail and an understanding of visual elements, such as layout, type and fonts. A genuine interest in 3D animation would be an absolute bonus. With a love for learning and open to feedback and direction, you thrive in an environment where everybody is respected and appreciated, embraced and celebrated. With great time management skills and problem solving ability, you’re tenacious and ingenious, not afraid to step up to challenges and help out when needed - you’re a true team player. Qualifications

- Two to three years’ integrated agency or digital design studio experience, across digital assets including websites, banners and eDMs.

- Retouching and colour correction skills.

- Design and animation software and graphics editing tools proficiency: Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects & Premiere Pro.

- Absolute attention to detail with an understanding of layout, type and fonts.

- Interest in 3D animation is a bonus.

- Strong learning orientation, openness to feedback, and ability to work collaboratively in a respectful, team-focused environment.

- Great time management and problem solving skills; tenacious and proactive in taking on challenges.
