**Allied Health Manager**

We are looking for an Allied Health Professional to step up into a permanent full-time leadership position

**About the Role**

As the Allied Health Manager, you will provide professional leadership, mentoring, support and specialist advice. You will manage a busy, growing Allied Health team responsible for mental health inpatient and outpatient services.

**This opportunity is open to all Mental Health Accredited Allied Health qualified staff that are looking for a management role. This position oversees the entire Allied Health team, **including social workers, psychologists and counsellors.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Minimum three (3) years post-graduate experience in relevant clinical area
- Have previous experience in a private hospital setting
- Strong clinical and leadership skills, and the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Recent experience within mental health is preferred, but not essential

Overall, you will be an effective and approachable leader with a natural ability to build rapport and effective relationships with both internal and external clientele.

**Requirements**:
