**About the Role**

The Centre Manager position is a management and leadership role responsible for all aspects of the YMCA Gymnastics Centre operations including administration, customer service, enrolments, programming, and risk and facilities management. In conjunction with direct reports, this role will manage all day to day operations through the provision of high quality customer service to achieve planned outcomes and targets.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Tertiary qualifications in business or leisure/sports management or a related field
- Demonstrated recent experience managing a community recreation / gymnastics environment
- Knowledge of aspects of the sport and coaching of gymnastics
- Demonstrated financial management skills, including preparation, management and reporting of budgets and experience using financial management systems
- Proven capacity to establish networks and build positive relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- Demonstrated results orientation, sound judgement and problem solving ability
- Demonstrated effective people management skills
- High level of written and verbal communication skills including proven ability to write reports
- Strong organisational and time management skills and an ability to multi-task.
- Proven experience and ability to manage the maintenance requirements for a facility
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates & open Drivers Licence
- Willing and able to work flexible hours as determined by the business and requirements of the Centre.

**Desirable**: Kinder Gym / General Gymnastics coaching qualification, or industry equivalent
