Are you a meticulous and customer-focused professional with experience in the financial services industry? We are looking for a dedicated Settlements Officer to join a leading mortgage broking company in South Melbourne. In this full-time role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and stress-free settlement process for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing the entire settlements process from formal approval to the final settlement date.

- Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and other key stakeholders.

- Maintaining meticulous records and ensuring all documentation is accurate.

- Providing outstanding customer service to clients.

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a settlements role, ideally within banking or financial services.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- A solid understanding of property and settlements legislation.
