In People & Culture, you'll help shape culture, drive innovation, and create the great people experiences that help every part of our business thrive - so together we can deliver greater impact for our clients and communities. Reporting to the People & Culture Group Director, this national role sits within a Leadership team who drive people initiatives

As the Head of Reward & Reporting, every day is different You'll make an impact by:

- Leading the Remuneration & Bonus review, ensuring remuneration benchmarking and market assessments

- Designing & delivering a data & experience centric reporting strategy that creates insights and enables business decision making.

- Translating external market insights and employment trends into tangible and impactful employee experiences

- Fostering exceptional stakeholder relationships, including at the Executive level, that create advocacy for the Reward & Reporting and broader P&C agenda.

- Creating innovative non-remuneration benefit models that improve the employee experience.

- Being part of and leading team members to drive high performance, creating impactful and meaningful solutions for our team and our clients.
