Grow Health is a team of doctors who specialize in Family Practice and Maternity Care in Victoria, BC. We work with an amazing Medical Office Assistant team and have in-house Pediatric consultants as well. At Grow, we strive to provide care in an open-minded, non-judgmental way. We embrace diversity, a holistic approach to health, use evidence-based medicine, and, most importantly, we want the patient to be at the center of the decisions we make together in the office. We see people of all ages and complexities, with a focus on women and children’s health.
We are recruiting a Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team. The successful candidate will manage their own panel of patients and will have autonomy over their working hours and approach. We can support the candidate in building their practice, especially if they wish to focus on women and children. Our family physicians work collaboratively to brainstorm difficult clinical situations, cross-cover each other's patients, provide after-hours care, and support each other. We hope the Nurse Practitioner will also enjoy this collaborative environment, finding it both rewarding and enjoyable

Grow Health is conveniently located between Victoria’s downtown and Westshore area, making commuting easy. Our office is bright, with private and communal workspaces, large exam rooms, and a pleasant environment to work in.
- Work hours are flexible, with our office open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. We also operate some evenings until 8:30 pm and Saturday afternoons. Each care provider can tailor their schedule.
Remuneration: NP contract
Education, Training, and Experience:
- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM) as a practicing NP.
- Successful completion of the OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination).
- At least two years of recent, relevant clinical nursing experience.
