Early Parenting Practitioner | Multiple Permanent Full time & Part time opportunities available

**About the Role**:
The Early Parenting Practitioner works competently within their scope of practice to deliver safe, evidence-based patient centred care. As part of the nurse led multidisciplinary team, the EPP will work across all Grampians Health Early Parenting Centre (GEPC) parenting programs required. These include day stay, home stay and outreach programs. The program has a strong focus on family/child/patient centred care and the EPP will demonstrate this along with the ability to work within our organisational values.

Maintain an understanding of parenting challenges and promote prevention, early intervention, and help-seeking opportunitie- g Maintain a strong and collaborative working relationship with the Senior Early Parenting Practitioner and actively support Early Parenting initiatives and activitie

**Skills & Experience**:
Diploma or above level qualification in Early Childhood Development, Family Therapy, Social Work, Community Education or Child and Maternal Healt
- h Ability to develop trust and rapport with patients and families Demonstrated ability to strengthen client capacity to reach their goal
- s Ability to work a rotating roster consisting of days and nights throughout the EPC
