Responsibilities

- Act as a commercially astute business partner, delivering financial advice and supporting the Financial Controller in building commercial and financial capability across the business
- Provide senior finance business partnering and act as the key corporate finance contact across property, gaming, marketing, and hospitality operations
- Deliver insightful analysis and actionable recommendations aligned with strategic business goals
- Support the development of robust, commercially sound business cases, including financial evaluation of major capital projects
- Lead periodic performance reviews, benchmarking, and productivity initiatives
- Offer commercial and financial input into new contractual arrangements as directed by the Senior Commercial Manager

What we are looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related commercial discipline, with 10+ years’ experience in financial or commercial management within a large organisation
- Experience in a casino and/or gaming environment is desirable
- Proven leadership and stakeholder influencing capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in leading BI tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling and data analysis
