City of Melbourne, Australia VendorPanel - a Unimarket Company Full time

About us

Unimarket and VendorPanel have recently joined together. We provide award-winning technology used by medium and large corporate organisations as well as local and state government. Our clients are in Australia, Canada New Zealand, and the US.

We manage billions of dollars in procurement spend and provide corporate, government and higher education buyers with a better way to do business with suppliers. It helps them simplify procurement, reduce risk and drive savings, while also leveraging procurement spend to drive positive social and economic impacts.

We are a people-centric culture and offer a family friendly work environment and the opportunity to take your career to the next level🚀

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations Lead to build and run the engine that powers our commercial growth.

In this role, you will design the processes, systems, and data frameworks that connect the entire revenue lifecycle - from lead generation to renewals. Your goal is to create clarity, consistency, and scale across how we win, implement, retain, and grow customers.

This is our first dedicated RevOps hire, so you’ll be laying the foundations while driving immediate impact. You’ll work closely with the Growth leadership team, Finance, and the Project Management Office to align our revenue goals, streamline operations, and enable faster, more predictable growth.

What you/'ll do

- Build and enforce clear handover points between Sales, Solutions, Implementation, and Customer Success.
- Standardise pricing approvals, deal desk workflows, and renewal processes.

Data, insights & Forecasting

- Own Hubspot and ensure accurate pipe line, forecasting, and customer lifecycle data.
- Develop dashboards and reporting on revenue KPIs: ARR, NRR, churn, sales velocity, win rates, and capacity.
- Partner with Finance on forecasting models and revenue planning.

Tooling & Enablement

- Evaluate, implement, and maintain revenue-related tools
- Create scalable templates, playbooks, and automation that reduce friction for revenue teams.
- Drive adoption of tools and processes across Marketing, Sales, Solutions, and CS.

Commercial Alignment

- Act as the connective tissue across revenue-generating teams, ensuring shared metrics, definitions, and priorities.
- Partner with Product and Finance on pricing, quoting, and commercial strategy.
- Provide insights to the ELT on revenue performance and operational bottlenecks.

About you

- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS or recurring revenue business.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end commercial processes - from marketing funnel to renewals and expansion.
- Advanced analytical and systems skills (CRM admin, data modelling, automation).
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence skills - you can drive alignment without direct authority.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and love building structures from scratch.
- Naturally curious and commercial-minded: you dig into the ‘why’, connect dots, and simplify complexity.

A note to our applicants

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and encourage candidates from marginalized communities to apply. If you need adjustments during the interview process, please let us know — we’ll do our best to support you. Please note:

- You must have the legal right to work in Australia.
- A police record check will be required as part of the process.
