What You’ll Do

- Act as the design authority for customer solutions across your region, ensuring they meet business goals and technical standards.
- Partner with customers as a trusted technical advisor, understanding their needs and translating them into innovative digital solutions.
- Lead and mentor solution architects, analysts, and engineers through the full solution lifecycle from design to implementation and testing.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, enterprise architecture, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure every solution aligns with best practices in performance, security, and scalability.
- Contribute to the development of standardized architectures and reusable solution patterns across the business.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and help shape Iron Mountain’s global solution strategy.

What You’ll Bring

- A proven track record designing and delivering complex content/information management or digital transformation solutions.
- Strong understanding of:
- Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- Workflow orchestration and automation
- Enterprise content management (ECM), data extraction, OCR, AI/ML
- Experience with one or more modern development and integration tools such as Python, .NET/C#, Java, NodeJS, REST APIs, JSON/XML, or JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue).
- Familiarity with cloud and data platforms (AWS, Azure, Elasticsearch, Kafka, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
- Architecture or Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Cloud Architect, TOGAF, Zachman) highly regarded.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills across both business and technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
