WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
As an Administration Officer with the Rural & Remote Mental Health Service (RRMHS), you will play a key role in supporting the Distance Consultation & Liaison Service by managing client records and providing essential administrative assistance. This casual, on-call position involves maintaining accurate records, handling correspondence, coordinating appointments, and liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Your contribution will help ensure the delivery of high-quality, responsive mental health services to communities across regional South Australia.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all data input and management processes meet RRMHS standards.
- Provide efficient administrative support including word processing, correspondence preparation, and managing appointments.
- Respond promptly to enquiries, liaising effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to facilitate seamless communication.
- Support continuous improvement of administrative systems and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
