About the Team

About the position
The Administration Officer will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative duties within City Hall with a particular focus on supporting the Councillors.
- This is a permanent full-time position based in the Toowoomba CBD.
- The annual salary range for this position is $78,987.59 - $84,958.82 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

How to be successful in this position
- Certificate III in Business, or a combination of experience, qualification and competence to perform all responsibilities of the position.
- Experience in general administration and customer service.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
- Ability to learn and apply statutory requirements.
- Commitment to respect.
