Amazing opportunity for a Property Manager wanting to grow their career.
Someone who is ready to take the challenge, working in a team of 70+ staff, dynamic environment & state of the art offices in the heart of the Northern Beaches. You would be managing an established & organised property portfolio of local properties and delivering exceptional customer service.
About You:
- Must have 1+ years experience in Property Management
- Knowledge of the Property Legislation
- Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
- Current Australian Driver’s License and Vehicle
- People Management Experience
- Responsible & Reliable
- Work well under pressure
- Must live locally
About The Role:
These are the components of the role plus we will invest our time in training you on areas that you don’t quite deliver on 100%:
- Manage Arrears
- Co-ordinate Maintenance
- Provide sound advice on the market
- Email and Phone Management
- Manage conflict
- Work closely with a Leasing Consultant
- Ingoing/Outgoing Inspections
- Organise Lease sign ups
- Be proficient on Microsoft Office & Inspection software
- Meet required KPIs
- On board New Managements
