Plus, there’s equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as a **Senior UX Design lead** reporting to the Executive Manager, Digital Customer Experience.    **A bit about your role**  The **Senior UX Design Lead** is responsible for creating user-centered design solutions for digital products, ensuring intuitive and visually appealing user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business success.    Key responsibilities include end-to-end UX design across various project lifecycles, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, conducting research and user testing, optimizing design processes, and championing continuous improvement and innovation.    **A bit about you**  The ideal candidate should have extensive UX design experience, focusing on digital and end-to-end experience design, with strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record in applying design methodologies.    The candidate should also have deep experience in translating complex business requirements into design solutions, designing large-scale websites, and web and mobile apps. Experience in a B2B2C environment and familiarity with SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall delivery environments are preferred.    Essential skills also include knowledge of front-end development, design languages, digital best practices, and proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Suite, Figma, and Google Analytics.
