An exciting opportunity exists to join the team in the role of Guest Service Agent.

Your Role-

- Effective management of all arrivals and departures ensuring that check in and check out procedures are followed
- Processing new reservations and managing changes to existing bookings
- Maximising room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
- Process and deliver in-room dining and mini bar
- Preparation of daily reports as required

What you will need –

- Ability to work nights and weekends is essential
- Previous experience using Opera Cloud is highly regarded
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
