Position Profile The Team Leader is accountable for the operational organisation of the team, the standard of care coordination and multidisciplinary care provision to consumers. The Team Leader provides leadership, direction and management of the human, financial and material resources within the team, through consultation with staff and in accordance with the direction of EMHS. The Team Leader coordinates and directs daily operations of the team in consultation with the Program Manager and facilitates the development of relationships with key stakeholders and other providers of care to consumers.
