Overview

Retail E-Commerce Assistant (Shopify & MailChimp Specialist)

Casual | Malvern + some remote | $32–$40/hr

About Us

Origen Imports is a lifestyle boutique in Malvern with a growing online store. We’re passionate about beautiful fashion, jewellery, and homewares sourced from around the world and equally passionate about creating a warm, personal experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and update our Shopify store with product listings, images, and content

- Create, schedule, and manage Mailchimp campaigns

- Design simple, effective graphics using Canva

- Apply basic SEO best practices

- Track and analyse campaign performance to guide decisions

- Provide in-store retail support when required

Skills & Experience

- Strong experience with Mailchimp and Shopify

- Previous e-commerce and fashion retail experience

- Canva skills and a good eye for design

- Awareness of SEO basics

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organised

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
