With over 90 homes (and growing), across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria, you will play a part in positively impacting the lives of our residents and their families.**Join us in playing a special role in the future of aged care.****About the role**Assisting in creating a company our residents love, you’ll be the face of the People and Culture team for our employees across a portfolio of our homes in Queensland. No two days will be the same in this diverse role. One day your focus could be coaching and supporting our front-line leaders on engaging teams and building culture and the next you could be advising on complex, and often sensitive people matters.**The core foundational HR expertise and skills you will bring to this role**Utilising the breadth of your generalist HR experience and building strong stakeholder relationships throughout your region and central services teams, you will:* Lead people & culture initiatives aligned with the broader people strategy* Leverage your well-rounded talent management experience focused on driving culture and retention* Use your ability to train and coach and develop employees at all levels to build leadership capability* Take a balanced, pragmatic and human centred approach to complex IR and ER matters* Bring a deep understanding of how to interpret and apply industrial instruments* Drive transformational change; this role will see you collaborating on a range of projects to embed People & Culture initiatives into operations and ensure success and sustainability of new practices* Be the valued partner to your key stakeholders with an adaptable style that builds strong and trusted stakeholder relationships.**The traits that will help you succeed*** Your pragmatic approach and curiosity to understand issues below the surface level.* Your genuine care for people and doing the right thing* Demonstrated application of partnering skills in a P&C/HR Business Partner role and experience working in a shared service model* Demonstrated capability in coaching and developing leaders to create thriving workplace cultures and build autonomy in people leadership* Ability to create positive working relationships and influence across a broad range of stakeholders* Demonstrated ability in navigating complex ER matters within best practice framework* Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment* Ability to travel as operationally required and for team developmentAt Estia Health, we value you – for the unique skills and experience you bring to the Estia Health family.
