About the Role:
Our People & Culture Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the effective delivery of People & Culture services across Wilmar Sugar & Renewables. Based in our Townsville office, this role provides high-quality administrative and quality assurance support across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and broader P&C activities. You will act as a trusted first point of contact for P&C queries and support the preparation of employment contracts, change to employee conditions and relocation activities, as well as accurately maintaining employee files and our HRIS.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end administrative support across People & Culture activities and initiatives
- Act as a first point of contact for P&C queries, directing matters appropriately
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle documentation and processes
- Maintain accurate employee records, systems and reporting to ensure data integrity
- Support Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams with coordination and scheduling
- Assist with P&C projects, reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives
About you:
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (HR, People Services/ Shared Services highly regarded)
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Confidence working with HR systems, databases and reporting tools (SAP, Kronos, SnapHire or similar)
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work with discretion and confidentiality
- A proactive, service-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes
