What you’ll do

You’ll be at the heart of RAA’s transformation into a truly data-driven enterprise. From crafting executive dashboards to leading Tableau initiatives, your work will empower senior leaders with the clarity and confidence to act. In addition, you will:

- Build and maintain business dashboards for executive and senior leadership team
- Apply advanced analytics and data mining techniques to uncover actionable insights
- Design and deliver data engineering solutions with integrity, quality, and governance front of mind
- Champion Tableau best practices and contribute to Tableau Cloud administration, BI governance, and community uplift
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying new datasets, refining processes, and standardising outputs
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality service and foster strong internal relationships

What you’ll bring

- A degree in IT, Computer Science, Maths & Statistics, or Actuarial Studies (mandatory)
- Experience using Tableau and SQL in a professional setting (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Python or R, KNIME and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Emotional intelligence and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work autonomously, juggle multiple priorities, and communicate effectively across all levels
- A proactive, collaborative spirit with a drive for excellence
