Job Description

As an Account Executive, your mission is to drive new business growth by acquiring and developing client relationships across the aviation and aerospace sector. This is a true hunter role focused on identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and closing high-value deals that align with the company's vision of transforming decision-making with world-class data solutions.

You/'ll be responsible for generating and converting new leads through proactive outreach, strategic prospecting, and consultative selling. Working closely with internal teams, you/'ll deliver tailored solutions that address client challenges and establish long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business acquisition and market penetration via outbound prospecting (calls, emails, meetings, and events).

- Qualify prospects, conduct discovery, and align solutions to client needs.

- Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with market opportunities.

- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with value-based outcomes.

- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, CRM records, and sales forecasts.

- Represent the company at industry conferences and events to build networks.

- Monitor performance against targets and continuously improve sales effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

You/'re a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background in B2B new business development. You thrive on hunting new opportunities, building relationships from scratch, and influencing stakeholders with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.

- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within data, analytics, SaaS, or tech industries.

- Strong track record of generating leads and closing high-value deals.

- Skilled in solution-based, consultative selling with ability to uncover client pain points.

- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven, with a growth mindset.

- Strategic and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced markets.
