About the Role

As our Housekeeping Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our hotel operations – leading a dedicated team, driving quality, and ensuring every guest feels the warmth of our service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating order from chaos, this is your moment.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

- Setting the tone for the day with clear task planning and energising team briefings

- Collaborating with hotel leadership to meet and exceed quality standards

- Ensuring rooms are guest‑ready, on time, every time

- Supporting your team with resources and guidance throughout the day

- Managing admin tasks like rostering, billing, and safety compliance

- Delivering service with a smile – always

- Wrapping up the day with a smooth handover and a sense of accomplishment
