Are you an experienced and dynamic professional ready to take on a leadership role in a vibrant school community?

Albany SHS is on the lookout for a highly motivated and capable Manager Corporate Services (MCS) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our school’s financial, human, and physical resources.

As our MCS, you’ll work closely with the Principal and Executive Leadership Team to support the strategic direction of the school. You’ll lead critical business functions and help ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Areas of Responsibility

- Human Resources: Lead and manage all school support staff, including recruitment, induction, performance development, and workforce planning.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and reporting.
- Resource & Asset Management: Manage the school’s physical resources, from facilities to ICT systems.
- Operational Leadership: Help lead the school’s operations, with a focus on compliance, facilities, and workforce development.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with staff, committees, and external partners to support the delivery of strategic objectives.

We’re seeking someone who brings not only professional expertise but also a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You’ll ideally be confident leading teams, managing budgets, and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

- Leadership Experience: A proven ability to lead human resource and financial functions within a school setting.
- Financial Skills: Strong financial planning and management skills, with the ability to monitor budgets and make sound financial decisions.
- Strategic Thinking: A desire to contribute to the long-term success of the school through thoughtful planning and active participation in key initiatives.
- Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and the broader school community.
