* **Employment Term:**Permanent full-time opportunity* **Location:** Sunnybank Hills Aged Care Facility* **Remuneration:**$35.86 p/hr + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & AllowancesAs a **Lifestyle Coordinator** you’ll develop and implement social and recreational activities to improve and maintain the quality of life of our residents. You’ll explore the resident’s interests and develop their skills to improve lifestyle choices and motivate them to participate in individual and group activities, assessing their responses and recording on a regular basis.**A key responsibility** of this role will be to observe and record the effectiveness of the programs, by monitoring residents’ ongoing progress and adjusting the programs to any developing needs.
