Overview
Shape communities, deliver quality outcomes, and create meaningful spaces with Levande.
At Levande, we believe retirement living should be vibrant, connected, and full of possibility.
Our purpose is simple: to enrich lives and communities. Every project we deliver directly enhances the lives of our residents and helps us create thriving, sustainable communities.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on Regional Refurbishment Specialist to join our National Refurbishment Division.
This role is focused on delivering high-quality retirement living refurbishments through our Vacate to Occupy (V2O) process. You’ll visit villages to assess units, prepare clear scopes of work, coordinate contractors, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on multiple projects, has a practical understanding of refurbishments or renovations, and is confident building relationships with residents, contractors, and internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and deliver multiple unit refurbishments across retirement villages.
- Prepare accurate scopes of work and review contractor quotes.
- Oversee refurbishments from initial inspection to final handover.
- Monitor budgets and timeframes to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
- Build positive relationships with residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support Village Managers and Sales teams with guidance on refurbishment standards and processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in refurbishments, renovations, or property maintenance, ideally in residential or commercial settings.
- Confidence in managing contractors and multiple projects at once.
- Strong budgeting and cost control skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Solid organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- Qualifications in building, construction, or project management are desirable but not essential.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
At Levande, we’re committed to creating a workplace where you can thrive and grow.
Some of our benefits include:
- Flexible work options to support work-life balance.
- My Day – an additional day off each year just for you.
- Up to 20 weeks paid parental leave and grandparents leave.
- Discounts with leading retailers and brands.
- Access to over 100,000 online learning resources and paid study leave.
- Recognition and celebration through our Spirit of Levande Awards and events.
- Wellbeing support with an Employee Assistance Program for you and your family.
Be Part of Something Meaningful
This isn’t just about managing projects, it’s about making a direct, positive impact on the lives of residents and their communities.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and bring your skills to a role that matters, apply now to join Levande as our next Regional Refurbishment Specialist.
