Overview

Orange City Council is seeking a dynamic Risk Lead to champion enterprise risk management and business continuity across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement enterprise risk and business continuity strategies

- Maintain and enhance Council’s risk management systems

- Advise stakeholders and lead risk-related training and engagement

- Report to senior leadership and the Audit, Risk & Improvement Committee

- Drive continuous improvement and support organisational change

What You’ll Bring

- Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated relevant extensive experience

- Strong knowledge of ISO31000:2018 and relevant legislation

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Proven ability to lead change and deliver strategic outcomes

- A collaborative mindset and commitment to public service
