Salary: Level 3, $137,428 - $150,385 per annum (pro-rata) (SEA GA 2023)
Type: Permanent - Full Time
Commencement: Term 1, 2026

The Role
The HOLA Mathematics leads the Mathematics team, supports and mentors teachers to build capacity, promotes best practice, and drives continuous professional improvement and team effectiveness. The successful applicant will:
- Demonstrate high-level interpersonal and communication skills in leading others with a forward-thinking approach to curriculum and instructional practice.
- Lead strategic planning, performance development, and data-informed decision-making.
- Ensure understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum, including ATAR, General and Vocational Education and Training (VET) pathways, and a commitment to inclusive and differentiated learning.
- Translate the college’s priorities into a responsive, improvement-focused Learning Area Operational Plan.

Eligibility

- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
