Your role
Join our Disputes and Investigations Practice, collaborating with lawyers across all offices. Work closely with Partners and the team to gain exposure to complex market work. You'll advise clients from sectors like government, mining, energy, banking, and infrastructure.
Our structure offers exposure to various Partners and a range of work. We encourage specialization and building a strong foundation in your chosen areas.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Significant commercial litigation for Australia's leading ASX entities and government
- Cross-border litigation and restructuring for major corporates
- Large-scale insolvency, restructuring, and workouts for banks and accounting firms
- Investigations, including regulatory and government inquiries
This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working (60% in-office). Flexibility is valued, and we can discuss arrangements to suit your needs.
About you
You will have:
- Experience in commercial litigation and/or corporate insolvency at a leading Australian or international firm
- Ability to manage matters, develop client relationships, and participate in business development
- A desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor
