Lawyer (Senior Associate) Dispute Resolution Overview Excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a leading dispute resolution team in Brisbane.
Based in Brisbane, the team works collaboratively across offices to deliver innovative solutions in commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, and specialist tribunals.

Responsibilities Advise on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including national and cross-border disputes Work closely with partners to manage matters from inception through to resolution Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation and submissions, ensuring alignment with best practice and client objectives Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members while managing your own matters independently Contribute to business development initiatives, client networking, and professional development programs Participate in team knowledge-sharing and thought leadership initiatives Qualifications You will be a Senior Associate with 4+ years' experience in dispute resolution, preferably gained in a top-tier or mid-tier firm, or in-house.
